Costa Rica Day 20: Last day in Ostional day trip to Guiones

So excited for some bits of civilisation!!

We left on a mini truck at 8am in the morning. It was really small and we all had to squeeze in the back of the truck. Hahah this would only happen in countries like Thailand or Costa Rica.

It was really dangerous because there wasn't any proper roads, there was just stones and soil.. many potholes and puddles of water from the damn rain last night.

It was about 20mins drive away. Immediately after we reached Guiones, ice cream breakfast here we go!!!! I really spent quite a lot of money on ice cream in Costa Rica omg Hahaa. I had 2 scoops in cone for breakfast dessert and another 2 scoops in a cup before leaving the town. It was really good!!!! My fave is the deep dark chocolate.. and it cost slightly less than $4 only! How to say no ????!!

I also got myself a top from Monkey Mafia, a local brand and its only store is in Guiones. For the price of $28, I told myself it's for souvenir and memory sake. I didn't get anything else anyways.

Lunch was disappointing!!! I heard there was this peanut butter burger!!!! How good it sounded right????!!!!! But noooooooooooo!!!!!!! It's just a normal burger bun with meat patty, bacon, cheddar, lettuce, tomato, onions and peanut butter.

No goodz.

After lunch was just more chilling at the beach and ice cream :p

Went home to shower and pack before heading out to the pizzeria for dinner with the group. Vegetarian pizza never disappoints!!

We ended the night early with a few rounds of Ps & Ehs.



Setting off at 6am tomorrow morning! Last sleep in this mosquito net here in the wooden kampong house. Feels weird.
