I don't understand how I gained so much weight after 2.5hours of hiking at MacRitchie. The usual kaya toast/eggs/kopi breakfast and after the hike it was just a bowl of tau huey, half a popiah, and a cup of avocado juice.
Tadah 53.2kg. It was quite depressing. So I just went ahead to eat. Some raw walnuts, almonds and roasted cashew nuts and loads of water. Before I went out I weighed again and 53.7kg.
I sincerely hope it's just water weight.
Feeling really helpless, I went ahead for dinner at SRC. Black carrot cake, mee goreng and laksa I really can't be bothered anymore. Followed by a tower of beer with the karate guys at Brewerkz.
I wanna have some peace and reflect on this.
