I'm so glad I'm here today. Was looking through the old photos Ning compiled monthly formed memories... What have I been doing before coming here? Everything was just in a mess. My face grew from sharp to round.. I looked tired most of the time and fell sick often.
Now it's much in order now. I like a day packed with activities. Scooping curry rice keeps me sane. Good ol' Asian food available within walking distance or just 3 tram stops away (chinatown!!). Feeling valued as a Netball player here - no more benchwarmer or ball picker.
And I miss Choir practice already. At the end of every choir practice I can really feel that I walk with slightly lighter feet, it's definitely a good break from the physical activities Mon-Wed. Heh.
I feel so much stronger now, physically and mentally. After a week of not running long distance, I attempted 5km today before Karate and oh boy, it was such a walk in the park. My timing was the best so far. 26 mins 20 secs!! Not a fan of running lately because to feel really worn out and achieve that post-workout sore to feel good about myself, it is taking too much time.. And also not as effective.
So yea, HIIT cardio workout is something new that I wanna explore and try out.
Appreciate what Melb did to me, but at the same time, I am excited to go home to eat home-cooked goodness and seeing my clothes neatly folded on my bed 1 day after throwing them in the laundry basket. It's like magic!! Hehehe.

@Chan Hehehe. but i really need to prepare myself to embrace the changes back in singapore from family and friends and environment once again. still excited though hehehe.
