Bunsen burner in a cafe? Just for coffee yes. So interesting I did not regret giving up the tables and sat at the bar.

Serious barista at work. He definitely took about 20 minutes to make that cuppa coffee because the first time he prepared the "apparatus", the burner ran out of gas. He re-prepared EVERYTHING again after he replaced the gas to make sure that the temperature is right for the perfect cup of coffee. Effort 100%.
Went about lost and found market and saw items from the past. Need to go through the racks for good deals of 2nd hand vintage clothings. Not particularly interested but it was an eye opener.
Shopped and bought groceries (as always) from a middle eastern mart. Walked till dinner time and headed to a Japanese restaurant for some jap food fix.
The place was cool. Japanese waitress and chefs. Daryl and I were there early so managed to get a small glass of choya plum wine during their happy hour!! Super good.
WE ATE COD FISH SO DAMN YUMMY. We're really enjoying life order such an expensive fish hehehe but I think it's worth it!! It has been a while since I had cod fish. My mom always cook that for me in SG...
