Reflection


It's been a week and I'm here to reflect.
  1. Exercise 6 times a week
    • Failed terribly
    • Went to the gym on Monday 
    • Netball training on Tuesday and Thursday
    • 3 times altogether (4 times if you count dancing as a form of exercise)
  2. Practice piano at least 1 hour everyday
    • Not everyday
    • Did it 4 days successfully 
    • Another 2 days' practice lasted less than an hour
    • The remaining 1 day was just touching the keys playing some scales while I was giving lessons
  3. Practice guitar at least 15 mins everyday
    • Not everyday
    • Practiced 3 times last week
    • Lasted more than 15 minutes each 
    • But I always get distracted and ended up playing something else rather than practicing what I'm not good at 
  4. TRY to sleep before 1AM 
    • Forget about this
    • Failed terribly
    • I slept earliest at 3.30AM (on Saturday) because I need to wake up at 7AM for work the following day
    • So can you imagine how "early" I sleep if I don't have to work?! 
  5. Control my food and alcohol intake 
    • Food intake failed
    • Ate 5 meals on Friday 
    • Over-eat everyday
    • Alcohol intake success!
    • Sober mambo night trying to learn all the mambo moves 
  6. Pack my room
    • Ok, I will do it this week instead xD
  7. Learn something new
    • Still deciding on what to sign up for because I don't want to do a 3-minute thing and quit shortly after
