take it easy

I pulled a 6 hours shift at Axil Coffee Roasters at Hawthorn. This work experience was more than what I could have imagined.

Thank you the kind and open-minded peeps at Axil. For trusting me with the milk and pours. For teaching me how to take it easy while getting work done efficiently. Most importantly, to enjoy the process of giving service (despite nasty people) and coffee making.

After coming back to this sunny island, Thursday and Friday shifts at SR made me so satisfied and glad. We were slammed during the lunch hours but the work flow was smooth and efficient with Sandy around. "Have no fear, Sandy is here."

While I was dumping trash out, I had this random thought that flashed by.
