My endless love for burgers

I don't know why out of so many things happening, only burgers urge for another blog post.

Probably because burgers are underrated in Sg. But then again, I seldom venture out to try new food back in Sg.

Anyway, while my dad and Ning were still here in Melbourne, I finally got to try Top Paddock's crazily overpriced soft shell crab burger (AUD$21)!!!!



DAMN FREAKING GOOD. Portion is considerably bigger than Hammer and Tong, but that's for $12 so ok lah. You get what you pay for.

Shizzz this is real good. I was sharing the burger with the other 4 people, so can't really taste the whole plate. What I can say is that there's real crab meat. That meat is legit and it's there!!! You know how some soft shell crab is just some crispy thing and that's about it?? This burger had real juicy crab meat and tasted fresh from the sea (salty :p)!! In a good way, it brings out the flavour of the crab meat without any sauce/seasonings.
