Rude

Ok so basically my ex-friend owed me money for a meal which I paid first. That was last year July. Something went wrong with his emotions and he went back to SG. I don't really mind this dragged on for so long since it wasn't a huge sum of money. But I really don't owe him any shit. What did I do to deserve his rudeness.

I was doing work in the library and he was just seated next to my seat! He didn't say hi. Me neither. He probably didn't see me anyway. I gave him the benefit of doubt. Before I leave, I said hi to him and he awkwardly took off his earpiece and mumbled oh, how are you. And immediately (but slowly) put his earpiece back.. 

What the fish. In my head I was like... WHERE'S MY MONEY. 

He didn't even wanna talk to me after so much of being friends and trying to help him find a shelter during the period where he was a hobo. Not that I really went all the way to make sure he has a place to live in, but at least I was part of the "disaster"...? 

I really can't be bothered. So he's not my friend anymore. I kindly reminded him of his debt and he asked me how much ah? 

Ok $11.60. I'm super kind didn't even charge him any interests. But he was sooooo rude I just wanted to throw 40cents change back at him!!! But he said NVM, is ok. AS IF I OWE HIM 10mil WITH THAT TONE OF HIS. Gosh. 

And I just walked away.

Can somebody explain why is he camping at the library the entire day? The time I went in he was already there. After my dinner he was still there and when I left the lib at 11.45pm to catch my last tram home, he was still there. 

Omg. I feel sad for him.
