And I fell asleep on the mrt and almost fell.
Then I missed my bus stop home because I fell into deep sleep on the bus.
Upon reaching home, I started working on the cake frosting in hope to get it done by midnight.
And at the end of the day, I came to a conclusion that I will just buy a cake next year.
It was so much hard work and sleep sacrificed, frosting was so hard to keep in control especially to get that ideal texture perfect for spreading and keep the cake in place. All it got was all that rush because it was too late.
If it's the thoughts that count, hard work and action don't count yea?

It certainly counts! For a cake that is eaten within minutes, hours and hours need to be spent, not forgetting all the sweat and blood put into making the sponge and frosting. You're a good daughter, sacrificing your sleep just to make a cake for your dad!
Not within minutes. hahaha it's still in my fridge! thanks JY!! you're so encouraging!!! :D
