Some people are really good at annoying people. I appreciate the others who are much more thoughtful. 

Super bad day today. Head is throbbing so damn hard and I'm just living on FEDAC and caffeine. 

Please gimme the strength and nurse level kind of patience for tomorrow. Oh yea, what I mean is later.
