Things I need to remind myself

Thank you Google.

  • I'm gorgeous.
Looking into the mirror, I will need to point out 5 things I like about myself. Always remember that no approval is needed at all.

  • Positivity
Turning negative to positive and believing it. I would like to remind myself how free and happy I was during the days when I don't restrict myself or count calories. 

  • Accessing and changing
Honestly, I don't know what went wrong because I exercised so frequently. I ran faster, I became stronger, but grew fatter? What's wrong? At the moment, I guessed it is most probably the food I ate. One being the humongous portion, and number two, sweets - cakes and icecream. 

  • I'm unique
I have to accept that I am different from anyone of you. Not as blessed with skinny genes, but it's alright because everyone is entitled to be healthy. I've learned that the only inevitable weight gain is the side effect of medication. 

  • Take control
Particularly on my choice of food. 

  • Inspirations
I can't really find inspirations among my circle of friends but my all-time inspiration comes from Fay Hokulani. 

  • Find Fun
The world isn't looking at me all the time, thinking that Melbourne has been feeding me really well. I need to get out, find something fun to do that will constantly keep me occupied so that I don't exercise daily and be obsessed with myself or even obsessed thinking that everyone thinks I gained weight. 

  • Undo the damage
Most probably ice cream and cakes and sweet pastries in huge portions. 

  • (As cliche as it may sound) Love myself
Know who I am, do what I love, being guilt-free and feel good about myself and with my surroundings. 



I CAN OVERCOME THIS INSECURITY!!!
