I was supposed to take a break yesterday, but the attempt failed terribly.
Now that I started working on Wednesday evenings and since I knock off at 7.30pm, it's either I eat dinner in town or skip dinner totally. The thing is... I rather skip dinner than to eat alone. It's not that I'm a dependent person whatsoever. It's just that I will try not to eat out when I am alone so I can eat more when I'm with my friends. So you're welcome to come down to town to have dinner with me.
Fortunately and unfortunately, I managed to meet Christian for dinner yesterday. Was supposed to meet the PFM people but there were some miscommunications. It's fortunate because I have someone to eat with me. It's unfortunate because both Christian and I are people without self-control and discipline. We already planned not to club for one week, but obviously failed. So, because Lionel die die also wanna stay at CQ, we gave in to him. But the music was quite unbearable so we hopped!!! Yessssaaa! Fyi, it has always been my dream to club hop and I did yesterday! We went to 3 places altogether. Everything happened so quickly there was this adrenaline rush. Really worn out, but really had fun.
Finally managed to mambo properly, but we were there a little late so it ended quite quickly. Sighs, I think zouk really felt so much more comfortable and more "homely" as compared to CQ. No doubts at all. It felt good to see the same guy checking my ID every week. 5 consecutive weeks and more to come before I start work on Saturday mornings. Encounters with a drunk and violent girl, an anf guy (yes... anf again... I think almost everyone is working at anf now -_-), hopping back to save Christian's friend, met some alien who looked really familiar, walking to city hall, rested at mcdees, took a bus to orchard, walked around in search of my breakfast, rotted while waiting for the stall to start operation, ate ya kun, felt freaking full, and finally took a bus home. I really love to take the bus home after clubbing because it gives me a sense of satisfaction that I managed to save a lot of money by not hopping onto a cab, despite the feeling of wanting to die while waiting for the bus and the walk home from the bus stop.
