I succumbed to temptations and went to eat pizza hut with my classmate during the 3 hours break. Even though I didn't eat any poultry meat, chilli, cheese powder, soft/sweet drinks(I ordered hot tea), I still gained fats. I don't know why I absorb fats so readily.
You may think I'm exaggerating here. But seriously, I have a tummy which may be mistaken for being pregnant for 5 months already. My double chin is appearing... My fat legs and arms...
I know it's very unhealthy to be overly-obsessed with my weight. But isn't it more unhealthy to be consuming excess fats, oils and other unhealthy stuffs?
I'm really very sad and disappointed. I hope I won't make such a mistake again. Pizza hut is a banned place for me from now on.

i started one week ago, i do 2 sets each, the reps are 30 30 50, not sure if it works, but it hurts, so i guess it does :D
1 week can't really see the outcome right? I'm doing it for the 4th day now! Can feel the ache. but I cannot do as much as you. I am weaker hahaha. building up!!!

OMG. maybe I'm doing it the wrong way leh. I cannot really feel the ache today... :( but the tiredness and the short-term pain was still the same level. The aftermath ache is gone!!! Is that good or bad??? mine still very big and round.
hm, when u do the bicycle, leave your shoulder blades off the ground at all times, u reach 30 will feel the pain alr, not pain, just then, rest more after each set, but do more set, i do 2 sets each, crunch->lifts->bi->crunch->lifts->bi
wow. ok I think I've been doing the wrong things. And I do very little. I do one set one. Okay, I shall try your set tonight.
