Toy Story 3

I'm usually not a fan of animated movies. Quite neutral towards it, but if I can choose whether to watch it or not, no thanks... Hahaa. Of course there're some animated films which I think are nice and I enjoyed myself. Finding Nemo was one which I enjoyed. I watched it thrice. Once in the cinema, once on television, and once at the school library as my locvid tutor set it as our homework.

After analysing the story structure in class, I find it more amusing.

Maybe I'm someone who doesn't have childhood. I was quite lost when my classmates were talking about Lion King. Then, our tutor told us to watch Toy Story and almost the entire class watched it before already and I do not know about the movie. The toy characters were familiar to me, but I never watched the movie before.

Watched it in the school library, and yea, not bad. I didn't fall asleep.(FYI, I usually fall asleep in movies.) But for film genres like action, I will definitely not fall asleep. And I am quite amazed that animation action can be quite entertaining too. Didn't know that Andy had so many new toys since Toy Story 1.


So, after browsing through the new toys in Toy Story 3, my favourite(based on appearance), is the green pea toy! PEAS-IN-A-POD.

Haha. Look at the peas' innocent looking face. Round black eyes do the job. Other than it's so cute, another reason is because I LOVE TO EAT THEM. You know it's those japanese green peas you'll get to see in Sakae Sushi. Although they're a bit hairy, the feeling of squeezing the peas out and POP it into your mouth is really very 爽(Shiok)!! I like its taste too.

The only sad thing is that I get to see the "food" but I can't eat. I remember there was once a news stating that the green pea toy made in China had some poison and children are advised not to bite on the toy. Eventually, they recalled the poisonous toys.

Even though it cannot be eaten, it can be SQUEEEEEEZED. I feel that it's more like a pressure toy. Young children will learn how to put the peas back after popping and squeeezing them out.

Anyway I still prefer the edible green pea. Ah, hungry!!

Have you seen the trailer?
I won't usually remember trailers for a long time. But for Toy Story 3's trailer, there's one scene which is epic. It's also my favourite scene in the trailer. Andy's new toy, KEN(Yes, Barbie's boyfriend) walked out of the box, and the moment he sees Barbie, THE SONG GOES, "Take my breathe away~~~~~~" Good music choice!! Haha the total 180 degrees change of mood made me laugh. It's so dramatic. I can totally imagine Ken and Barbie at the beach, running towards each other, and the best part - everything's in SLOW MOTION, with the "Take my breathe away~~~~" chorus.

Haha!! It's so funny. Music really plays an important role in films.
