Working(in an office) is like hell man,

EVERYTHING IS SO CONFUSING AND DIFFICULT TO MANAGE.
I SEE MANY DIFFERENT I/C EVERYDAY. ONLY TO FIND JOY LAUGHING AT THE FUNNY I/C PHOTO.
I SEE CAR PLATE NO. EVERYDAY, ONLY FIND HAPPINESS BY LAUGHING AT HOW DUMB EACH NUMBER LOOKED.
I SEE SO MANY NUMBERS IN A DAY AND I HAD TO FIGHT WITH ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ EVERYDAY!!!


& I MADE DAMN LOTS OF MISTAKES.

Bookfest @ suntec

Hello everyone.

I really did went to the Bookfest @ Suntec today and really bought lots of books! Honestly, I don't have the reading habit, however i like the feeling of just owning a new book.

I GOT 4 NEW BOOKS! Of which, 3 of them are Chinese 小说 by the same author: 九把刀
And one of them in Ang Moh, by I don't know who and I don't care who. I thought that the cover of the book was beautiful.

Omg I tell ya, it's so crazy!! Almost everything was on sale! 20%, 30% etc..



You know, when I see something on discount, I'll not hesitate that much before buying it because I might not get this deal at another time again.

That's why i got 4 new books today. Spent quite a lot, but still worth it for FOUR books!


Yeah, I buy books but didn't really read them. I still had about 4 books unread(excluding the 4 new ones)!!

Speaking of this, I wanna apologize to ALEX E!!
He lent me his storybook, Da Vinci Code 2 years ago. and it was still with me. I had not finished reading it. The pages had already turned yellowish and it started collecting dust already. I think Alex will hate me when he see his book again next time i return it to him, i don't know when will be the day though.

So, my friends, just don't lend me your storybook no matter how i beg you because you'll never know when you'll be seeing your book again after lending it to me. >.<


Well, back to the day.

I saw ENERGY at the bookfest.




Also, Taufik too. i don't even know he released his 4th album already. His autograph session was like so low profile!






Actually, my plan was to watch HSM3 @ cineleisure @ 7pm. But, when I found out that 九把刀 was going to appear @ the bookfest at 7pm, I changed my plan!

While waiting for 7pm to arrive, i had my dinner @ marina's food court.
Ate something similar to Plaza Singapura food court's Indonesian cuisine, but seriously, i feel that the curry i ate today was really lousy.

The curry in PS was so great that you can just eat the rice with the curry and nothing else.
THAT GREAT.

After that, went back to bookfest and supported 九把刀.





He signed on 3 of the new books and i went off to catch a movie!!

I LOST MY WAY.
I'm someone who had no sense of direction at all. BBJLB should know how good I am in finding my way.

Marina square is like so damn big, and many parts were closed and I can't walk to find my way. And I ended up in a carpark, a very deserted carpark.

WAS FREAKING SCARY I TELL YA.

I even thought someone was calling out for me behind my back, EW.

Finally I saw a hole, an exit.
Then I saw something familiar, I SEE HOPE!

My hope was THE DURIAN- the esplanade!!

THEN LUCKILY I MANAGED TO CATCH THE LAST BUS HOME! happy!


OH YEAH, I went to see the Anime fest too! Just wander around outside because ticket is needed for me to enter. Saw many cosplayers(i think so..)! It was quite cool, but I thought that Japanese cosplayers are so much cooler.

'cos i don't dare to ask them to pose for me to take photographs... hehe.

One thing I like about going out alone is that I don't need to say goodbye to my friends. HEHE!
But my brother always say that doing things alone = EMO.

"Last" day

Today(sunday) will be my last day of holidays as i will start working next tomorrow.

Before the exams, i always imagined myself working in a cafe/restaurant because i would like to learn how to make coffee which looks so 'drink-able' and does not taste bitter.
I like to serve strangers and smile at them, i don't know why haha!

but it seemed so wrong now as the job i had now is the last thing i'd ever want to work as.

IN AN OFFICE.

No way man, i never liked working in an office.

I don't care what others are saying that working in an office brings in more money, because i might not get any at all. but most probably i will get it, it's just that i don't know how much will i get.

And the hours are so so so so not flexible. -_-

I HAVE TO FREAKING DO PAPERWORK MAN, no life @_@
i don't know what exactly i'll be doing in an office yet since i have not started working. but i'm sure that i'll be learning some freaking boring new stuffs.

and i'm gonna replace some full-time workers in a few weeks' time because most of them are on leave..... to go on their family holiday trip.

Already bankrupt because i do not get any allowance during the holidays, I DO NOT HAVE A CHOICE. I'M SO HEAVILY IN DEBT I CAN'T GO ON LIKE THIS ANYMORE. so poor to the extent that i only had 10cents in my wallet and so serious. :(

i guess the only thing i look forward to working in an office(omg, boring) is that i can listen to radio full-day. Hopefully the workload won't be so heavy!!!

And according to Amanda, she said office workload is extremely light, easy money, however boring and will never have a sense of satisfaction.

OKAY, I WILL NEVER KNOW UNTIL I REALLY EXPERIENCE IT. SO STAY-TUNED? HAHA!

Well that is why today will be the 'last' day of my holiday.

oh i just reminded myself that my room is still stacked with lots of paper, worksheet and books, which are not very valuable to me anymore since my secondary life had come to an end.
i need to get a day to get rid of those trash. yes, u see how i procrastinate..

As the 'last' day, i'm so gonna get my butt off this chair i'm sitting on right now in front of this monitor and get out of the house.

I am going to Bookfest later on as it's the last day of the fest already!!!
told ya that i'm the well-known LAST MINUTE KING.

It's terrible to be as a friend.

Prom night is freaking tomorrow?

I can't feel it yet because i just bought my stuffs today, it's crazy late and last minute but i am always like that.

I am the LAST-MINUTE KING, thank you.


The most will get chased out for under dressing? which i think it won't happen since the dress code is smart casual.

Should I take a cab down or just take a bus, since there's a direct bus.
Hopefully BBJLB will get ready in time so that we can take a bus down, it is much more cheaper that way because i hate cabbies.

but there's one taxi driver made my journey in the damn taxi a real enjoyable and meaningful one, although the fare was a freaking $13.60 and worse of all, i forgot to bring out my wallet.

if it was any of the other taxi driver, with a freaking high charge of $13.60, i would have complained to Ning, Beatrice and JingChao from 3.45pm to 7.30pm!!! I might even cry in the middle of the night.

but it wasn't any of the ordinary and depressing(cos of the fare) rides on the cab on saturday..

Because, i learned some driving knowledge from this old but cool taxi driver. and he actually changed my mind of wanting to get an auto car lisence.

now i wanna get a manual car lisence. yes, i wanna get my lisence soon i can't wait to start stepping on the accelerater and start the engine moving and voom voom in a car all around singapore!!!!!!!!

the taxi was a manual mobile. i was seated next to the driver because i respect the driver(actually because i hopped in the cab in a rush).
i find it rare to have a manual taxi so i asked him:

ME: Uncle, are all the taxis in manual mode?

UNCLE: No, they are now changing to auto.. but i still prefer this kind of manual, although this taxi is old already.

ME: so is manual more difficult to control?

UNCLE: once you're familiar with it, it is very easy. and it saves more fuel

then i thought i should get a manual car next time! because fuel these days are exceptionally expensive. one trip to a petrol station asking for a full tank will cost about $90 lor. that's very crazy.
therefore i feel that saving on the fuel in the engine is very important.

Then, i started asking him all sorts of questions on driving. and surprising he taught me patiently!! and even demo-ed to me!!!!! IT WAS DAMN FUN LAH.

SO, that $13.60 was a express trip down to clarke quay and also a basic driving lesson without me trying on it.

but im so gonna do it 2 years later. I CAN'T WAIT TO DRIVE MAN!!!!!!

Shopping is a torture

Shopped for prom night, but it was just a torture.
Ning dislikes Bugis, and I dislike Orchard.

Nothing catches my eyes and even something is attractive enough, the price is definitely not attractive at all.

I am wearing REALLY CASUAL on prom. I had no choice!!
because I'm short and fat and i have no nice/sexy figure at all. LOL
with my flabby arms, carrot legs(FAT!) etc etc etc etc, i don't look good in anything.

Yes, maybe i should hide in a corner and just eat.
